• Introduction of Medical Herbs and Spices as Crops are financed by  Government of Pakistan. The project aims the mass production of drug plant species.

·  Selection and propagation of important exotic forest tree species to increase wood production.

·  Development of dry zone afforestation techniques for arid and semi-arid areas.

·  Control of forest tree pests for healthy forest production and minimize wood loss.

·  Distribution of quality seeds of forest tree and grass species for afforestation/ reforestation.

·  Rehabilitation of waterlogged and saline affected areas.

·  Experimentation of woody and non-woody plant material for pulp and paper.

·   Encourage the tree growth on farmlands to increase production of forestry goods and services.

·  Forestry extension.

·   conservation of wildlife species.
